Como siempre, la Diva hace un muy buen trabajo con sus discos!!!.....Este disco definitivamente define completamente su vida......Cada cancion fue muy bien escojida. Me encanta!!!....absolutely LOVE IT!!!!
Tres canciones fueron escritas por ella...
"Mi vida loca," "Dama Divina," y "Mariposa de Barrio." Las tres canciones son muy bonitas. Pero, "Mi vida loca" es mi preferida!! Me encanta los arreglos musicales y las letras!...."Mariposa de Barrio" tambien me fascina. "Dama Divina" tambien me gusta...pero creo que "Mi vida loca" es mi preferida...."No soy monedita de oro y me vale que no me quieran.....aquellos que a mi me juzguen primero que me mantengan!".........and that is.....my OFFICIAL saying for this year!!!! Nuevamente, le doy un 10+ (A+) a su nuevo disco. Como siempre, su voz es autentica, los arreglos musicales extraordinarios, la idea de la imagen y mensaje que trae el disco esta perfecto y es UNICO, las canciones que escojio son perfectas para describir la idea del disco: LA VIDA LOCA DE JENNI RIVERA. Por cierto, salio muy bonita en sus fotos. Simplemente, me gusto mucho el disco. Este disco es una muy buena manera de poder entender la vida de Jenni porque la describe muy bien cada una de sus canciones y en cada una de sus canciones tiene un INTRO en donde Jenni da un breve mensaje. (Very creative!...)
Bueno, se que muchos aun no lo tienen. Pero, quize venir a decirles un poco mi opinion y una idea del disco. (hope you don't get mad at me if I said too much! LOL).....pero como sea, me dio ganas de contarles.

Wait a minute... I thought it wasn't going to be out til the 3rd??? I've called around here in my area and no one seems to have it now. Where did you guys get it??
I just got it too (for Juanita's collection) and I started to listen to it. I did not like all of those intros! Once in a while (a intro) is fine, but one before each song!
Bebe, the official cd release date is on the 3rd......but some discotecas have it already! :)
Rufo, I think the idea of an intro for each song was just part of the whole idea of it being a journal (unique idea). But, I do think it will get boring in the long run....cuz we have to keep skipping the intro's to listen to the song.

MY FAVORITE SONG HAS TO BE..AUNQUE TODAS LAS CANCIONES ME GUSTARON MUCHO MENOS 2 PARA MI..IF I HAVE TO CHOSSE ONE.."HERMANO AMIGO" ES MI FAV DE ESTE DISCO.
I got the cd too........ in my opinion its good but not great. No se es algo un poco diferente, mas sentimental, I guess I just miss the "i dont care, lets party and get drunk" songs..... lol. Las canciones que escogio para reflejar lo que paso en su vida, were good. I have always liked the song "I will Survive" and with Jenni it sounds really nice, I liked it. Like I said it's something different from what were used to hearing from Jenni, but it's good. I will say that my favorite cd 'til date is still "Parrandera, Rebelde, y Atrevida"
Once I saw the track listing of this CD there was one song that I was really looking forward to listening to, "I Will Survive", that has always been my favorite disco song and everytime I hear it I can't help but sing, so of course I was curious to hear how it would sound with Jenni, I had my doubts though, if I love the song and am used to hearing it with one artist, its hard for me to love it when I hear it with someone new, as is the case with Rosie Hamlin's "Angel Baby", cuando Jenni la saco I didn't like the way she interpreted it at first, but over the years I grew into liking it, tambien la interpretacion de "Besos y Copas", for me that song was made to be interpreted with Mariachi (I love it with Alicia Villarreal), so I didn't really like the fact that Jenni did it with banda. But surprisingly, "I Will Survive" sounds great with banda, I can honestly say that I love this version as much as Gloria Gaynor's.
"Mi Vida Loca 2", otra de mis favoritas de este disco. En unos de los discos viejitos de Jenni esta una cancion que se llama "Somos Rivera" que es una de mis canciones favoritas de las viejitas de Jenni porque usa varios ritmos populares de banda entre la cancion, y cual sorpresa fue que "Mi Vida Loca 2" es la misma cancion, solamente con cambios a la letra.
"Dejame Vivir", me encanta el mensaje y la interpretacion con mucho sentimiento que le puso Jenni. "Dama Divina", una cancion divertida, me gusto las comparaciones que iso y esta cancion se me hiso como music video material, they can make a really fun music video from this song.
Y la banda, much props to the musicians , suena fenomenal la banda, I love it.
Los intros, la selecion de canciones, las fotos, todo combino muy bien, me encanto la idea, es como un pedacito de Jenni.
YEAP I GOT IT YESTERDAY--ITS MAINLY A DIARY OF HER LIFE THAT'S COOL THAT SHE PUT WHAT SHE FEELS ON A CD ALBUM BECAUSE SHE'S OPENING HER LIFE AND FEELINGS TO US HER ADMIRADORAS..AND WHAT BEST WAY TO DO IT THEN SINGING AND THANKING THE LORD AND HER PEOPLE. MY FAVORITE ONE IS ***SIN CAPITAN***GOOOOOJENNYYYY!
I LOVE IT!!!!! I WOKE UP EARLY IN THE MORNING ON THE 3RD TO GET IT. AND I BOUGHT 3 COPIES WELL ACTULY 4 COPIES 3 FOR ME AND THE OTHER ONE WAS FOR MY SISTER. LOL
ME GUSTAN TODAS!!! PERO LA MERJOR QUE ESTOY DIGGEN RIGHT NOW IS "MI VIDA LOCA", "MIRIAME" (That one right is the best. I love the way her voice sounds on that one and is the one i can say que i dentenify my self with right now) Y " INOLVIDABLE"....UNFORGETABLE BAAABYYY!!!!! Thats right lol.

I loved it except for one song, I never really liked that song with the original artist anyway pero all in all it's one of her best CDs in my opinion. I have 4 top songs but my favorite out of all is MIRAME! I know that wherever Jose is he still misses me and regrets what he did cuz I was the Dama Divina in his life..........
I LOVE THE CD TOO! well for me, the intros were wonderful cause i got to know her more and what she is experiencing. This CD only demonstrates how close she is to her fans and how Jenni appreciates everybody who is close to her.
Well gurl, thanx for letting me know the day it was out there...I loved the whole CD...and about the intro part...I liked it...since it's like a way for others who don't know much about her....they get 2 know why she sings each song... but one of my favs would be (even though is hard 2 choose from them) would be Hermano Amigo, Mirame, Dama Divina I guess alllll
