List of who is taking what

Mary and Erika- wood for the bonfire
Conie- Ice chest, boom box, sandwiches, marshmallows for smores
Juanita and Rufo- pizza, 3-12 packs of coke, aluminum foil, graham crackers
Arcelia- plates, napkins, forks, spoons, ice


List of what we still need
-non alcoholic drinks (bottled water, soda, etc.)
-Salads (potato salad, fruit salad, or simply some bags of salad and a bottle of dressing)
-Chips and salsa
-desert (cookies, muffins, cupcakes, etc.)
-Franks and buns for grilling the hot dogs over the bonfire in the evening
-chocolate bars for the smores
-sticks to grill the franks and marshmallows


If you think you will be running late and will be joining us until the evening a suggestion would be to sign up to take a desert or the stuff for the smores.

Also, if your a Maybe, you can sign up to take a desert or a salad if you go. Or just give me a call the day of the event to see what we still need.

Conie, that's what I meant by guest, people who aren't part of the club. Anybody who wants to bring a guest is more than welcomed to.

Those tubs are fine, I remember you toke them for the picnic.
