Okay let me see if I'm understanding everything that is going on. The main point of the myspace page and the bulletins was to get more people to come into the forum right? and also new members? BUT the plans of the new myspace page and the bulletins that Tere was posting was causing some problems mostly because of MISUNDERSTANDMENTS. I'm starting to see a division of those that want to keep the forum separate from myspace and those that want to combine them. I strongly believe that we can keep the forum going WITHOUT myspace. From this that happened I think we would be better off that way. So you guys must be wondering how were going to pull this off. This is what im thinking:
I have the emails of all the Tequileras and some of the Tequileros (except for the Chicago Tequileras because I passed those on to Gabby). I can email everyone to remind them that the forum is still up and running and let them know of the new things going on in the forum. So there are no misunderstandments we can all decide on what the email is going to say. Of course there is one problem with this, I have collected the info of Tequileras for 5 years and some of those girls over time have stopped using the email addresses they gave me or have changed it.
Second, there are always new girls joining the club. The problem is that I have fallen behind on answering our fan clubs email. I will answer them over the next couple of days. I have always invited the new members to participate in the forum. I always mention to them that its a place to get information on Jenni and her presentations, on club events and to meet other members in the club. Again there is another problem, as of lately there have been many girls joining that live in Mexico and don't understand English, so of course they will have problems participating in the forum since everything is in English. I have been looking into it and it seems that we can actually change our forums language to spanish.
I have had a Jenni page on the internet for about 6 years, ladivadelabanda.net and in the fan section I have our clubs email for those that want to join. The page gets a lot of hits and it can easily be found by doing a google (or any other search engine) search for Jenni Rivera. I can also put in a link to our forum on that page.
Gandhy has a Tequileras myspace page where it also has a link to the forum and information on how to join the club.
It's really up to you guys though, if you guys really think we need myspace to function I would be okay with that and I would support and help with what I can on creating the page.
